  • Held multiple leadership positions including at NCAA Championships, Olympic Trials, and Olympic Games

  • Successful presenter on a wide array of topics related to athletics

  • Responsible for the development of Simon Youth Academy partnerships.

  • Served on staff with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, with Indiana’s 21st Century Scholars Program.

  • Served as Outreach Manager at the Indiana Youth Institute.

  • Served multiple program capacities at the NCAA, including the Youth Education through Sports (YES) Clinics and the CHAMPS/Life Skills Program

Lisa Goddard McGuirk

  • Over two decades of combined experience as a coach and administrator at NCAA Division I, II, & III

  • Experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans

  • Led many successful searches across numerous sports and administrative positions

  • Prior ECAC NCAA Division II Administrator of the Year

  • Experience in developing recruiting, retention, and student-athlete development strategies

  • Experience increasing sport sponsorship and gender equity

Jerry Snodgrass

  • Oversaw 350,000 student-athletes, 26 Varsity Sports & 65,000 coaches as Commissioner/Executive Director of the Ohio High School Athletic Association

  • Implemented and served in oversight capacity for Coach Education In Ohio

  • As liaison to athletic directors he developed an overall understanding of all OHSAA bylaws and regulations

  • Reorganized OHAA's organizational structure
